Since opening our doors, the needs we identified right here in our hometown gave us a vision for statewide reform. We knew comprehensive tangible resources were necessary to break the generational cycle hindering so many families across Kentucky. In implementing Hometown Specialty Pharmacy, Hometown Connect, and Hometown Healthcare Clinic, we developed our own healthcare reform strategy.
These branches were established to give every customer a personalized approach to medication and comprehensive disease state management — because sometimes, it takes more than filling a prescription to help someone fully heal.

We’re excited to announce our second location, which will be opening in Springfield, KY this summer.
Hometown Specialty Pharmacy
As an independently-owned pharmacy, we’re one of the few in Kentucky to hold both URAC and ACHC Accreditation for Specialty Pharmacy. Hometown Specialty Pharmacy allows us to provide medications that treat complex and rare conditions, comprehensive care, and follow-up.
